WHO ARE WE?

Coast to Country Real Estate (incorporating Coast and Country Real Estate) was formed in early 2020 right at the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Though commencing at a less than ideal time, our dedication to our clients, quality property presentation and excellent sales results saw us quickly establish a successful business and a great alternative to the established agencies. We are a proudly independent agency not associated with any real estate marketing group, network or franchise. Our independence and utilisation of modern technology means we can keep our overheads low and therefore can offer extremely competitive sales and marketing packages for your property or business with good old fashioned country service. Recognising that each property or business is unique, we encourage our staff to 'think outside the square' giving us the flexibility and agility to adjust to each client's individual needs. We strive to be professional, honest and open in all dealings with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. LARGE RURAL PROPERTY WITH DIFFICULT ACCESS?

If your property is overly steep, has overgrown tracks, has low lying wet areas or just has difficult vehicular access all our company vehicles are Four Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive. Our staff also have access to a 3 seat ATV fitted with seat belts, that can be left at your large rural property for the duration of the sales campaign. This ensures we can get to those difficult to reach locations of your property for photographs and drone footage and means potential buyers can view all areas of your property.
